Re: It's time for Sully to sell
It was disclosed that debt reduces the amount they would have to hand over in a sale. Has the actual % every been disclosed? That's from a credible source not Sullivan's BS.

CHL - Sleep deprivation?? Fucking hell, not all blokes are pussy wipped. I'm quite sure Slaven can skirt around that one if need be.

Re: It's time for Sully to sell
They have to share profit from share sales with the government if they sell within the next five years.

The cynics amongst us might say the reason they are keeping us £100m in debt to them at an undisclosed rate of interest is because they plan to use that to make a load of profit they don't need to share with the government.

If they are doing that then citing the £100m debt to THEMSELVES as a reason for not spending is all the more
disgusting.

But as they're fans like us, worth many many times the amount the club owes them, I'm sure they wouldn't do anything like that?

What do you think?

Re: It's time for Sully to sell
I thought I read somewhere that part of the deal with the OS was they couldn't sell the club for a certain number of years or was this related to something else?

Johnson 5:03 Mon Sep 26
Re: It's time for Sully to sell
Yes, City have a much better deal and were clever and paid a bit more So naming rights were exclusively theirs.

Then they get the owners to use another company to pay a stupid amount so they can spend big.

Our small time lying cunts are too tight/stupid to have had the foresight to do that and we currently receive LESS naming rights money than we did at Upton Park.

Re: It's time for Sully to sell
I reckon the players must be shell shocked by all the change too.

No excuse, but it sounds like they've had the training facility changed (it's still a change, even if it's better), and they have no access to the OS pitch other than match days..?

Bizarre. How do Man City go on - do THEY get to use their 'rented' stadium between times? Hard to see what benefit a home game is to the lads if they don't see the place any more than the fans do...

And the truth is now out there... Nobes was telling us in his own way that they have 'factions' in the dressing room. What about, who can say? Money? Starting positions? Perceived favouritism? Righteous indignation that anyone should be pushed aside after our storming season last year? Slav not picking their 'mates'? Daring to sell 'dyed in the wool West Ham mate' players to other clubs? Too little focus on the players due to Slav at the Euros, Board sorting the OS?

I definitely think Slav is shot to bits... he had no proper break what with his pundit stint at the Euros, and now of course he has a new baby daughter, so add sleep deprivation and you have a tired unhappy bunny.

Re: It's time for Sully to sell
I'm sure its crossed Sullivans mind to sell up, despite what he's said, but wasn't there some type of embargo as part of the OS deal which prevents the sale of the club for a number of years.

Re: It's time for Sully to sell
What it's time for is for the team and Bilic to pull their collective bleeding socks up and start playing as they can and should play. With pride and confidence and self-belief and the knowledge that they're not a team of schoolgirls but a group of talented, able professional footballers. Then Sully can sell.

Offering more money for players like Lacazette than Arsenal = Sulli being unambitious.

hopefully one that doesnt want to be in the spotlight every morning and every afternoon.

Hopefully one who doesnt get his son to keep the fans updated with transfers.

Hopefully one that doesnt parade his wealth and do a programme about his house on channel 5.
